Task requirements

 Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to the RQMS for; G4 matters within the CTT, provision of Log Sp to CCFs, JAMES/MJDI processing and accounting
2. Check regular security requirements pertaining to arms and ammunition at Army cadet locations.  Ensure retention of appropriate documentation
3. Manage central accounts: Stores, Ammo, Transport, CIS, Weapons (inc ACF) and Expense accounts. Assist with demands for loan pool stores 
4. Ensure regular management checks are conducted and all equipment held is maintained in accordance with the relevant current publications.
5. Ensure all weapons, ancillaries and any other items of ATTCO are issued and received by signature. Ensure a safe system is in place for security of all controlled/ATTCO stores 
6. Provide immediate G4/Log to support CTT central camps, residential courses and competitions for both cadets and adult volunteers
7. Responsible for white fleet management within the CTT in accordance with JSP 800 Vol 5. Conduct and assist with G4 admin inspections
8. Assist with the safe storage and movement of weapons. Issue ammunition to CTT and CCF units.  Conduct back loading of salvage as directed and any other task directed by the CoC

Essential competencies

Understanding of JAMES (Joint Asset Management Equipment System) Desirable. .IT Skills - A high level of IT Skills (MS Office) required
This position requires an extremely high level of both written and verbal English Level 2.
Experience working with children and young adults desirable

Desirable competencies

In addition to G4 any AT, SAAI, BCCS type qualifications desirable

To provide training, support and assurance to the Army’s cadet units on behalf of the chain of command within boundaries. Provide G4 logistical support to affiliated Army Cadet units and the CTT
