Task requirements
Attend for up to 27+ RSDs, including ADE or as directed by the CoC & Bn Training Directive.
Any additional Coy or Bn tasks as directed by the CoC.
The effective management, leadership and administration of all soldiers under your control.
Operating in accordance with and enforcing current tactical doctrine, Bn SOPs when in the field and on Ops.
Remain current and competent as per Inf (CAPE), BICIP & MATT Training qualifications.
Deliver the Recruit pre-course preparation and training so that trained soldiers are produced as the end product.
Support the ReMSO in the maintenance of the recruit management pipeline within the Coy.
