Notes:
CVs can be uploaded with .doc, .docx or .pdf file extensions.
.rtf files cannot be accepted on the system. For new Members, the CV will be used to create an initial account which, once verified, will create a link to enable you to register and complete a full List account; you will not be able to apply for a job, or network, until you have done so.
For existing Members, provided the e-mail address you use above corresponds to that already recorded in your account, the new CV will be added to your account. Additionally uploading a CV will be taken as your agreement to our data management policy and terms.
Eligibility to Join: You must be a serving or former member, including the reserves, of the UK Armed Forces to be able to join The List. Exceptionally, we do permit non-UK forces people, who have been embedded within the UK Armed Forces, to join: if you fall into this latter category please Contact Us before registering.
Registration is free and easy and provides access to additional facilities within this site.

Position Role: Provide G4 expert advice and support in delivery of the FBS3 Programme
Responsibilities:
Provide SME advice on policy and process relating to G4 Support to units.
Lead process design on G4 Support elements of FBS3.
Support force design of G4 Support elements of the FBS3 programme.
Lead stakeholder engagement in respect to changes to G4 delivery focussed organisations, personnel, policy and process.
Lead on input into Army and Defence level policy changes required to support the FBS3 programme.
Conduct FBS3 related briefings up to 4* level.
Essential competencies
ICSC
Previous experience as QM
Desirable competencies
Degree Suitable P3M Qual - Incumbent will be expected to support planning and delivery of a major organisational change programme.
High calibre individual wishing to develop knowledge and stretch abilities in a 2* HQ in a major programme role.

Domestic Considerations: RC encourages output-focused flexible working practices based from Aldershot. Travel around the UK will be required from time to time.
Prior experience of delivering large scale projects / programmes desirable. Prior experience working in mixed military/civilian environments desirable.
