Task requirements

Role: Fulfil the role of Sect Comd for the delivery of Basic Training (BT) to Army Reserve (AR) recruits.  Command, lead, inspire and mentor recruits through to the successful conclusion of BT.

RSDs: 50-80 RSDs, possible more.  High level of weekend work required.

Essential competencies

Good Leadership skills, Motivated to improve and develop the delivery of Basic Training.                         

Driver Licence Gp B.

                                                                 

Desirable competencies

If not already qualified must attend DTc(A) once appointed.

Cat D-1 driver licence.  

AASAA Instructor.   

SCBC or equivalent course.
