Notes:
CVs can be uploaded with .doc, .docx or .pdf file extensions.
.rtf files cannot be accepted on the system. For new Members, the CV will be used to create an initial account which, once verified, will create a link to enable you to register and complete a full List account; you will not be able to apply for a job, or network, until you have done so.
For existing Members, provided the e-mail address you use above corresponds to that already recorded in your account, the new CV will be added to your account. Additionally uploading a CV will be taken as your agreement to our data management policy and terms.
Eligibility to Join: You must be a serving or former member, including the reserves, of the UK Armed Forces to be able to join The List. Exceptionally, we do permit non-UK forces people, who have been embedded within the UK Armed Forces, to join: if you fall into this latter category please Contact Us before registering.
Registration is free and easy and provides access to additional facilities within this site.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide training, training support, assistance and develop relationships with CCF(A) Contingents and ACF Counties within AOR. Conduct visits to schools as directed by CTT Team Commander (Trg Capt). 2. Support the Contingent Commander in the delivery of an inspiring, efficient, and structured contingent training programme 3. Support Cadet Force Adult Volunteers (CFAV)s in their development of leadership, teamwork, confidence, and self-reliance. Support CFAVs in planning and delivering training to Army cadets aged 12-18 as part of the cadet syllabus 4. Assist in the initial training of CFAVs, teaching basic military skills, monitor standards of instruction and mentor CFAVs where required 5. Ensure the Safe System of Training (SST) is used for all cadet force activities. Provide the first level safety assurance 6. Support CCF and ACF camps, including annual summer camps, residential and weekend training activities. Act as the role model to cadets, young adults and CFAVs 7. Provide support to CCFs for external military visits inspections, equipment care advice, management checks including weapons and ammunition as directed by CQMS or CTT CoC. 8. Any other responsibilities, roles or duties as directed by the Chain of Command
Essential competencies
SAAI Qualified, Literacy & Numeracy IT Skills -Effectively use the Windows Office suite of applications. ECDL - Army E2 - Full UK Driving Licence.

Additional information
Domestic Considerations: Some weekend, evening and school holiday working will be required to deliver assurance and training to cadets and CFAVS. Nights Out Of Bed required to attend ACF/ CCF Camps and other training activities.
A motivated individual who can engage, inspire and effectively communicate with CFAVs, cadets and the wider CTT/RPOC/HQ Regional Command.
