Task requirements

1. Responsible for G1 to G9 Administrative support to the Leeds University Officers' Training Corps (LUOTC).
2. Responsible for supporting the recruiting plan to enlist OCdts into the UOTC.
3. Manage the UOTC Potential Officer Commissioning Pipeline in support of the OC.
4. RFCA point of contact for matters relating to Carlton Bks and LUOTC.
5. Security Officer for LUOTC and Carlton Bks.
6. Health & Safety Representative and Fire Officer for LUOTC and Carlton Bks.
7. Fund Manager for the LUOTC Non-Public Fund and Perm Staff Mess.
8. Diversity & Inclusion Representative and Welfare Officer within LUOTC and Yorks OTR (RHQ by location)
9. As required, support OTR/UOTC civil engagement with external stakeholders such as Hon Cols, MECs and Universities, as part of RMAS or RPOC Bde Civil Engagement plans.
10. CNO as part of RPOC Bde CNO duty network.
11. Provide G1 assurance to the CO in respect of OCdts and Reserve personnel on SOEASI, Reserve Pay (RAPS) and MCCPs.
12. Attend COs Coord, Pipeline, Finance, Recruiting and UHC Mtgs, brief RHQ on OTC personnel and issues.
13. Line Manager for specific staff employed in LUOTC including Civilian Management.
14. Delegate for the OC on conferences when required to do so.

Additional information

No previous Army reserve experience may reduce ability to work within the multi contractual environment (ARes/FTRS (HC/ LC), civil service etc).

Previous service in a training unit or OTC is desirable.
