Task requirements

1. Deputising for the RQMS(T) and management of G4 responsibilities whilst deployed on Exercise or Operations.

2. Provide Input and assist the QM for all relevant mandatory inspections where necessary.

3 Unit Ammunition Storeman (on weekend exercises, annual camps and OTX).

4. Unit Dangerous Goods Consignor (on weekend exercises, annual camps and OTX).

5. Line management responsibilities for all deployed military G4 personnel incl chefs.

6. The management of the OFCS both in camp and whilst deployed.

7 .Must be available to deploy on ADE and to support all other Unit deployments.                                                           

Essential competencies

AA RQMS Cse.

IT literate - MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint used routinely.

Should have extensive service as a SQMS/G4 Log background in an All Arms environment.


Desirable competencies

MJDI Administrator.

Dangerous Goods Consignor.

Unit Ammo Storeman.                     

SRM.

Cat B & C Licence.

MHE Licence.

James MIs Training.                                                           


Selection Process

Army Appointment Board and transfers through RCMOs.

Additional information


Domestic considerations: Minimum 27 RSDs per year. Army Reserve post, requires availability Wed drill nights, exercise weekends and ACT.
