Job Description

Domestic Considerations: 27-40 RSDs per year. Army Reserve post, flexibility to work late nights and weekends and exercises up to 2 weeks.  

Position/Role:  Quartermaster
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

1. Deputises for the Regular QM

2. Responsible for commanding 'B' Echelon during UK Operations and Exercises

3. Assists with the management of all Unit material for the Regiment.

 

Assists the QM in providing support with the following:

 

1. Responsible for the coordination and delivery of all elements of G4 during Regimental Training Weekends and

Annual Deployment Exercises

2. Provides effective advice and management of SHEF & SD policy on behalf of the CO

3. Ensures the Regiment maintains the highest standards and compliance in the full LSAI regime.

4. Management and Assurance checks of MJDI accounts.

5. Line Manager for Chefs and Medical Pers in Horfield.

6. Co-ordination of Chefs and Medical Pers across the Regt for RDW.

7. Carry out duties of G4 Ops on deployment or exercise and provide RLS to exercising Troops.

8. Assist with duties of Unit CoSHH and Radiation Protection Officer
