The quick and easy way for a new Member to create a List account, or for an existing Member to upload an up-to-date CV into your account.
Notes:
CVs can be uploaded with .doc, .docx or .pdf file extensions.
.rtf files cannot be accepted on the system. For new Members, the CV will be used to create an initial account which, once verified, will create a link to enable you to register and complete a full List account; you will not be able to apply for a job, or network, until you have done so.
For existing Members, provided the e-mail address you use above corresponds to that already recorded in your account, the new CV will be added to your account. Additionally uploading a CV will be taken as your agreement to our data management policy and terms.
Eligibility to Join: You must be a serving or former member, including the reserves, of the UK Armed Forces to be able to join The List. Exceptionally, we do permit non-UK forces people, who have been embedded within the UK Armed Forces, to join: if you fall into this latter category please Contact Us before registering.
Registration is free and easy and provides access to additional facilities within this site.

Responsibilities: 1. Represent DLMC on behalf of LWC at the Business Change Managers Forum and communicate the needs and concerns of the organisation. 2. Work closely with the DLMC programme team & Army Lead User to ensure change is planned & managed effectively, championing best practice. 3. Manage LWC DLMC Change activities in support of the SRO, including supporting the delivery of benefits & outcomes & managing any risks. 4. Identify and classify key stakeholders & include them in the Stakeholder Engagement Plan. Ensure any change resistance is actively managed. 5. Be the point of contact for more senior stakeholders and effectively communicate DLMC progress and delivery across LWC. 6. Desk-lead for the Business Change & User Networks and represent their requirements as a member of DLMC Change Board, Programme and User WGs. 7. Promote and cohere the adoption and use of digital tools and technology to support training. 8. Promote inclusive culture within area of responsibility, working to increase understanding and engagement through education and initiative.

Additional information
Would ideally suit someone with a digital or technical background who is familiar with the introduction of large IT projects. Experience of training establishments and capture of training data would be beneficial.
There will be a requirement to visit LWC training organisations that will use DLMC. This will require up to 35 nights of separated service per year.
