Job Description

OiC for Spines and Upper Quadrant Team at DMRC Stanford Hall. Roles and Responsibilities include:
1. Lead the delivery and co-ordination of Spines & Upper Quadrant (SUQ) mult-disciplinary team (MDT) rehabilitation under the clinical lead of the Consultant.
2. Lead the reporting and development of SUQ clinical staff.
3. Lead and assure safe, efficient and effective SUQ services including engagement with local care providers.
4. Lead healthcare governance activity within SUQ on behalf of the OC Force Regeneration Division.
5. Contribute to future Defence Rehabilitation Services by leading and participating in Defence Rehabilitation working groups, committees and physiotherapy secondary duties as directed.
6. Provide Defence Rehabilitation subject matter expert (SME) advice to the Consultant Lead.
7. Maintain clinical and deployable competencies by delivering a minimum of 0.2 WTE physio clinical care in support of Defence Rehabilitation in accordance with JSP 950. …
