Job Description

Unit & Position Role

The Workforce Planning & Performance (WPP) team is specifically responsible for cohering an improved whole force Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) view of the future workforce in the 5-10+ yr period, more accurately tracking SWP demand and supply factors in order to enable Defence to identify, prioritise and mitigate / respond [ie actively manage] to workforce challenges and opportunities at greater range thus assuring Defence Outputs.  Analysis and report on the wholeforce workforce elements of the SPC process and undertake near term sprints into emerging WF issues.

 

 

To provide domain/service specific workforce advice, information, and knowledge to Hd WPP (1*) and throughout MSHQ FD and in addition, to/from their respective service.
