Job Description

R&A – Recruiting Force (RF) - Assistant Career Advisor (ACA)

An Assistant Careers Advisor (ACA) is a Recruiting Force (RF) RN Leading Rate or senior AB/RM equivalent (OR2-4) who works alongside other RN Careers staff within a Recruitment Office. The post holder is responsible for the initial counselling and processing of candidates interested in a career in the Naval Service.  Regular travel may be required to the Recruitment Office and Recruitment and Attraction (R&A) HQ.

 

Responsibilities

 

The post holder’s primary purpose is to manage their day-to-day workload for the delivery of recruiting targets. This includes processing candidates, outreach, resources and support to recruitment outputs.
