Job Description

1.Act as a member of the clinical faculty and provide clinical input into unit/sub-unit training programs
2.Create, manage, control and assure unit/ sub-unit activities on CHURCHILL, ensuring resources are booked.
3. Support the planning and delivery of all unit training; this includes trg required for SP to achieve COE
4. Assure safe and correct delivery of BCS, ITRs, CEG trg, sport, fitness & AT
5. Oversee and manage any clinical placements and MOUs including those for non-vocational CMTs
6. Mentor and support all PSIs and Res trg staff in the delivery at unit /sub-unit events
7.Conduct secondary duties as directed by the CoC.

Essential Skills

CMT Class 1.  Previous service with the Army Medical Services essential

Desirable Skills





Previous experience  working with the
Army Reserve Highly Desirable.
