Job Description

Responsibilities
Position Role: Lead on the Training Line of Development for the Army Recovery Capability (ARC).

1. Lead for training and development of Personnel Recovery opportunities for the
Army and for Defence recovery courses run at the Personnel Recovery Centres (PRCs) and the Battleback Centre.
2. Manage and assure all training. Determination of ARC SOTR and delivery of biannual CEB.
4. Produce ARC training policy and TQM as ARC Training SME.
5. Coordination of the delivery of all activities across PRCs and the Battleback Centre, including Battleback AT. 
6. Liaise and coord with DRC, supporting agencies and 3rd sector over development and delivery of courses.
7. Deliver training metrics.  
8. Training deliverer on staff training events and CPD.
9. Line Manager of SO3 Training.
