Job Description

Position Role: Manage the AAC Training Development Team (TDT) in the development, design and evaluation of AAC Individual Training (ITrg).

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the TDT in all aspects including command of military staff and line management of civilian staff.
2. Task TDT staff iaw priorities directed by SO1 Trg, informed by training meetings; Training Observation Reports (TORs); Post Op Reports; ExVal and InVal data.
3. Manage the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) compliant development of all AAC ITrg requirements.   
4. Manage the DSAT compliant design of all AAC Distributed Training.
5. Support SO2 LDA in the planning and execution of External Validation of all AAC ITrg.
6. Liaise with other staff in Trg and Pers Branch, and other agencies including JHC, AACen, Field Army, Civilian contractors and LWC to ensure coherence across development of AAC ITrg.
