Job Description

A vacancy has arisen for a Chf Tech (A Tech (M), A Tech (AV) or Eng Tech W) to serve as a Phase 2 and 3 Defence Trainer at DSAE RAF Cosford on Full Time Reserve Service (Limited Commitment) on Full Time Reserve Service (Limited Commitment) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 28 September 2026 (or earlier/later, subject to candidate status).

The successful applicant will be responsible for the delivery of Engineer Officer Aero-systems Specialist Engineering Training (ASET), Air Systems Managers Training (ASMT), Trade Group 1 Technical Engineering and Asset Management Training (TEAMT) and the Senior Technician Airworthiness Course (STAC) Instructor (Phase 3) within No 2 School of Technical Training (No 2 SofTT) Engineer Management Training.
