102 Bn REME RCMO (VR)

Task requirements

Work in conjunction with the FTRS RCMO to:

1. Advise the CO, the CoC and individual soldiers on all aspects of Soldier Career Management.
2. Act as the Unit's main POC for sS workforce authorities on manning issues and contribute to aspects of workforce planning.
3. Monitor the movement and assignment of unit personnel to assist the CO with providing trained individuals to meet specific tasks.
4. Develop and implement the Unit Retention Plan, facilitating transfers and alternative employment opportunities for SP where required.
5. Advise the CoC on aspects of soldiers' career and vocational education and learning.
6. Manage and maintain the Unit Establishment hierarchy to facilitate the CoC.
7. Oversee the timely and accurate production of SJARs by the CoC in accordance with the CO's MS Directive.
8. Act as the Secretariat for unit level soldier Order of Merit Boards and assurance boards
