Job Description

Unit & Position Role

The Training Management Group is a joint RN-industry organisation, providing the basis of a Whole Force approach to RN individual training delivery. The TMG is accountable for the effective and efficient governance, control and commercial delivery of the Selborne contract.

Responsibilities

Act as a POC for Marine Engineering GS and SM End Point Assessments. 

 

Act as Point of Contact (POC) for the MIAA to arrange EPAs with Units for all branch’s.

 

Where required, assist in the development of Engineering EPAs, including question writing, pilot assessments and procedure development. 

 

Maintain relationships with the SM committee to support the completion of EPAs.

 

Liaise/Support Unit Assessors and Training Coordinators from GS and SM in the delivery of EPAs.

 

Implement and maintain relevant MIAA Policies. 

 

Support Team Fisher Programme Facilitators during Apprenticeship Engagement visits to units.
