Job Description

Position Role:   One of two Warrant Officers responsible for targeted engagement at communities of under-represented groups within the Army.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify appropriate engagement opportunities to strengthen Army relationship with under-represented communities across the UK.
  2. AEG lead for daily management of Understanding Civil Engagement (UCE) activity reporting system.
  3. Support National Engagement Teams SO2s/3s to identify, cultivate and manage focused engagement opportunities.
  4. Manage and mentor engagement workforce at events to ensure high standards of professionalism and to maintain individuals’ welfare.
  5. Conduct other engagement, recruiting or outreach activities as required by SO1 / SO2 Engt G3 Ops.
  6. Liaison with a variety of military, government, local authority and external civilian agencies to enhance potential engagement opportunities.

Essential Skills

Driving – min Cat B License  - Must be capable of driving to and from events around the UK. Cat D/D1 + E…
