Job Description

Responsible for supply chain management of combat supplies, local defence and safe movement within a tactical environment; responsibilities include:

Lead and manage a team.

Manage delegated tasks and associated risk.

Develop, advise and support subordinates and junior officers.

Maintain health and safety in the workplace.

Manage subordinate discipline, support subordinate development and deliver career advice/management.

Deliver in barracks/business process, ensuring maintenance of standards and efficiency.

Plan, conduct and manage training for subordinates.

Deputies for the Troop Sergeant / Troop Commander on operations, exercise and in barracks.

Essential Skills

Class 1 RLC Supplier, IT / O365 Literate

Desirable Skills

ADR Inst, DLI/DLE, GS Inst, D&I Advisor, Adv PTI, ITR Inst Qual(s)
