Job Description

Master Chef (RLC E1) for an OR6-OR7 at East Midlands UOTC, where we develop the next generation of Army Officers.

Lead team in the prep and presentation of food items and pers employment in a variety of environments from kitchen to deployed catering.

Interaction with internal and external stakeholders to ensure output is being met.

Conduct assurance activities in line with LSAandI and FHPA.

Ensure all financial information is collated and input iaw with organisational regulations.

Maintain review and seek to continuously improve working practices.

Ensure compliance with food safety management systems.

Commit to the development and continuous improvement of self and the teams.

Essential Skills

RLC Chef qualified commensurate to rank.

Desirable Skills

Additional instructional qualifications are desirable.
