Task requirements

Exercise effective command of a subunit in NI across 2 locations, Newtonards and Coleraine. 

Provide a correctly staffed and motivated sub-unit, trained individually for operations and collectively to support Special to Arm training 

In conjunction with RFCA and ROSO, recruit Officers and Soldiers to maintain staffing levels. 

Promote the Army by assisting in the firing of Royal Salutes and other ceremonial duties, both regimentally and in local communities. 

Provide management and accountability across all aspects of the Battery's administrative function. 

Manage the sub-unit RSD allocation to ensure efficiency.
