Task requirements
Responsibilities:
1. Command the Coy in the execution of the CO’s intent.
2. Oversee the execution of all Coy MS responsibilities.
3. Lead with Coy Op FORTIFY activity.
4. Manage production of the company training programme.
5. Oversee all aspects of the administration of the company and liaise with the FTRS staff as appropriate.
6. Provide management of all company welfare issues, especially focussing on mobilised personnel.
7. Oversee planning and coordinate company orbat and structures.
8. To oversee the management of Coy funds, bids to BHQ for funds and long-term forecasting.
9. Oversee the production and execution of the company recruiting programme and provide guidance where required.
10. Carry out any additional tasks that may be required to support the company mission.
11. Oversee the planning and execution of Company level AT.

ICSC(L), CATAC, OC Discipline and Administrative Course
