Task requirements

This post is the Lead Staff Officer for UK Engagement Audience Generation. Responsible for understanding the AOR and targeted Engagement activity with the identified Main Target Audience (MTA) and ensuring inclusive engagement  with the MTA to Inform and attract. The role ensures that inclusion and diversity are a central pillar in engagement planning and communication.

Post involves some evening and weekend working. The postholder must be able to travel independently around the AOR and will be required to regularly attend the HQ. Hybrid and flexible working patterns are available by agreement with line manager.

Driving Licence

Desirable competencies

Staff experience and experience of Resilience Ops. Experience at Sub unit command is desirable.
