Job Description
As a National Reserve Unit, incumbents are contracted to conduct a minimum of 19 RSDs, including mandatory training, per training year in order to achieve the Certificate of Efficiency. More may be available, subject to requirements and budgetary constraints. There are also frequent mobilisation opportunities.
As a member of the AGC(SPS) National Reserve pool of HR Administrators, fulfil role of:
- JNCO Mil Personnel Administrator
- Staff Support within Formation HQ
- G1 Administrative roles.
RSDs will be allocated by CRHQ AGC in support of the wider Army and in response to workforce assistance requests.
Essential Skills
Experience as an AGC(SPS) JNCO and Mil Clk Class 3 qualified as a minimum.

THIS IS AN ARMY RESERVE POST.
Applicants should already be members of the Army Reserve, be about to transfer into the Army Reserve or be in the process of joining the Army Reserve after a break in service.
Although the unit HQ is located in Winchester, the incumbent could be asked to conduct RSDs anywhere in the UK as well as attend mandatory training in Winchester.
