Task requirements
Attend for up to 66 RSDs, directed by the CoC & Regimental Training Directive.
Responsibility to Sqn Ldr for all troops placed under command.
Management and welfare of troops under command, including attendance.
Career management of troops under command, including Confidential Reports, a Troop Book and an Interview Book.
Command all troops under command in barracks, on exercise and on operations.
Maintain personal military currency and physical fitness and that of all troops placed under command.
Overall management and care of kit, equipment and stores issued to the Troop.
Ensure that troops under command are fully briefed on orders, policies and regulations at all times.
Conduct other duties as required by Sqn Ldr, Adjt or CO.
Remain current and competent in all RAC (RACES), BICIP & ITR Training qualifications.
Essential competencies
Regiment can train individuals over the duration of the commitment.
Desirable competencies
Driving licence (B & Cat C) – not essential.
