Job Description

Primary Purpose.  TTF 51 is the section deputy within the TTF with responsibility for coordination of facility and equipment maintenance support within the TTF. The incumbent is responsible to TTF 5 for the availability of facility and training specific equipment within the TTF.

 

Secondary Purpose. As an instructor of the 7 Series Department, TTF 51 is responsible for delivering individual training (IT) as directed by TTF management.

 

Superiors

 

TTF 51 is directly accountable to FOST SM TTF 5. TTF 51 is functionally accountable to the TTF management.

 

Authority

 

TTF 51 is authorised to:

 

  • Represent FOST SM in all matters pertaining to SWS shore training equipment within primary and secondary purposes, including liaising with external authorities connected with achieving such purposes. 
  • Advise TTF 5 on risks to training delivery.            
  • Assess SSBN SWS Tier 0 Collective Training, including but not limited to Continuation Training (Operations) (CT(Ops)) and Continuation Training (Safety)…
