Job Description

Responsibilities:  

1.  Lead SME for Youth engagement in the community and advise the SO2 Engt Plans and Ops on opportunities.

2.  Plan, deliver and assure regional Engt (INFORM, UNDERSTAND, ATTRACT) with key youth TA iaw HQ RC Engt OpO.

3. Plan, deliver, coordinate and support youth engagement in the communities.

4.  Establish and develop relationships with delivery partners and provide advice as required.

5.  Establish and maintain contacts with stakeholders, liaising with ext agencies, HQ Staff and ARes units to deliver youth engagement.

6.  Identify opportunities for other youth engagement.

7.  Conduct a minimum of 2 days UK Ops Trg and support the JMC during UK Resilience Ops.  

Essential Skills

Ability to use MODNET, SharePoint, WORD, EXCEL and PowerPoint

Desirable Skills

Engagement Practitioner - Incumbent to complete the Engagement Practitioners course within first six months of post.
