Notes:
CVs can be uploaded with .doc, .docx or .pdf file extensions.
.rtf files cannot be accepted on the system. For new Members, the CV will be used to create an initial account which, once verified, will create a link to enable you to register and complete a full List account; you will not be able to apply for a job, or network, until you have done so.
For existing Members, provided the e-mail address you use above corresponds to that already recorded in your account, the new CV will be added to your account. Additionally uploading a CV will be taken as your agreement to our data management policy and terms.
Eligibility to Join: You must be a serving or former member, including the reserves, of the UK Armed Forces to be able to join The List. Exceptionally, we do permit non-UK forces people, who have been embedded within the UK Armed Forces, to join: if you fall into this latter category please Contact Us before registering.
Registration is free and easy and provides access to additional facilities within this site.

Position Role:Adjt/RAO Oxford UOTC Domestic Considerations: Commuting distance of Oxford. Weekly Training Evenings on a Tuesday in Oxford - Term time only. Summer Camp for 2 weeks annually, late June/July.
Responsibilities: 1. To the Commanding Officer for the day to day administration of Oxford UOTC. 2. Principal staff officer for all Unit G1 matters. 3. Auditor of the unit public and non-public funds. 4. Management responsibility for all unit records, preparation for the G1SI inspections, Unit records Officer. 5. Initiating Officer for all Annual Report, OJARs/SJARs and management of appraisal processes. 6. 1RO and/or line manager for specified staff within the unit. 7. Additional roles within the unit, Establishment Administrator, Unit Data Protection Officer, PAPMIS, WISMIS, and IT Security Officer 8. Supervise the AOSB pipeline (for Reg and Res POs), monitoring throughout, providing AOSB and commissioning advice and communicating army career opportunities to OCdts, including arranging fam visits. 9. Planning and execution of the Oxford UOTC Annual Dinner. 10. Lead Officer for annual Recruitment and Selection events across all 5 universities. 11. Secretary of the Delegacy of Military Instruction, including provision of a familiarisation day. 12. Officers' Mess Secretary.
Essential competencies
Staff experience. Pl/ TP Command.
Desirable competencies
Adjutant Course (Can be completed when in role).
