Task requirements
OC JNR DIV|2259348
Deliver, plan, co-ordinate, monitor and validate all training in support of the MOD A syllabus in
accordance with direction from SG.
Assist XO to plan and execute the training programme in accordance with the Modular syllabus and CO's
annual Training Directive.
Provide support and guidance to the OTC Comd Gp on training and administrative matters within the
Junior Wing.
Brief and nurture individuals through the AOSB process and inform on Reserve/Regular career
opportunities.
Instil a commissioning culture throughout the OTC, where OCdts should be aspiring to commission in the
Regular or Reserves.
Command, develop, lead and inspire Junior Div staff, OCdt PL Comds and JUOs.
Support under-graduate recruiting during the Fresher's' Fairs period.
Other duties as directed by the CO.

Instructional qualifications, ranges and exercise qualifications.
