Task requirements

Domestic Considerations: 27 RSDs as per Regional Army Reserve Unit.  Further available as Specific Tasks (ST). Midweek and weekend working required. Responsible for the intimate catering support to the Sqn and wider support to the Regt.

Post Role: RLC Chef.

Responsibilities:
1.  Provide catering support to 154 Regt RLC.
2.  Support QM, RQMS and RCWO in all aspects of catering logistic support and training activities.
3.  Assist in the management and maintenance of the catering facility at Dunfermline Station.

Essential competencies

1. Commit to min of 27 RSDs p.a. to include a 2 week Annual Camp.
2. Attend Training weekends and Wednesday Drill Nights.
3. RLC Chef Class 1 or 2.

4. LCpl selected for promotion or substantive Cpl.

Desirable competencies

1. Previous catering experience.
2. Food Safety Handling.
3. MS Office competent.
4. Effective communicator.
