Task requirements

Signals middle management to support a light role Infantry Company.

Qualified (RSDC) and Experienced within the Signals arena.

To be able to conduct theory & practical lessons on the current service radio's and have a good knowledge of associated equipment's (Masts & Generators). Specifically required to practise and teach on the Infantry Battle Radio User Course. 

Other tasks will include assisting the CQMS, in accountancy and performing the odd driving detail.

Preparation of Recruits for basic courses including Foundation and Battle Camp. 

Command, Lead, & Administer individuals to support the Coy effort in barracks or on exercise or for mobilised deployments within the UK or Overseas.

Maintain current Army values & Standards.

Required to support Training Nights and week-end activities and the Annual Deployment Exercise.


Essential competencies

Signals Qualified (RDSC).

Literacy & Numeracy Level 1.

ALDP/CLM qualified.

JNCO experience within an Infantry Coy. 

Desirable competencies

Computer literate skills in Excel/Word.
