Job Description

Introduction

 

1.  The primary function of the Wildcat Maritime Force Wildcat Training Centre is to generate and sustain an enduring maritime focussed attack helicopter aircrew. Whilst generating capability. The WMF Mission statement is: To coordinate and assure the generation, sustainment and capability delivery of an enduring Maritime focussed Attack Helicopter, whilst contributing to the management, exploitation, and Assurance of Air Safety within the DH construct.

Purpose

2.  Primary Purpose. The primary role of the ADC Synthetic Observer Instructor within the WTC is to provide instruction to the Royal Navy Wildcat Maritime Aircrew attending courses delivered in the Wildcat Training Centre (WTC) and to aircrew undergoing continuation training.

 

3.  Secondary Purposes. The WTC ADC QSOI is to:

a.  Deliver instruction to ab-initio and front-line crews.

b.  Provide user feedback to Senior Naval Instructor (SNI) WTC on the effectiveness of Wildcat aircrew synthetic training devices.…
