Job Description

Details of Organisation/Business Directorate

 

The Principal Security Adviser (PSyA) to the Navy Command (NC) TLB is responsible, through COS (Navy) as the NC Senior Security Risk Coordinator (NC SSRC), for providing Navy Command Senior Leadership Team with assurance of effective:

 

•  Management of security risks across the NC TLB.

•   Maintenance of agreed security standards, in accordance with MOD security policy.

 

Job Purpose - background and context

 

• Be the Directorate’s focal point for Physical Security Infrastructure policy.

• SME advise on Operational Requirements, Counter Terrorism Measures (CTM) and associated assessment processes for infrastructure projects/works and new builds in accordance with JSP 440, MOD STRAP/SAP policy, International partners infrastructure requirements and other relevant publications.

•Coordinate with external agencies to facilitate specialist assistance and technical advice to support NC security teams and Project Security Officers (PSyO)…
