Job Description

Position Role:  To lead, co-ordinate and teach all subjects covered on the LEOC.

Responsibilities:

Teach all subjects covered on LEOC.

Writing and revising exercises, precis and all instructional material.

Continuous assessment of and reporting on students.

Preparing, producing and taking part in central presentations.

Conduct tactical and staff training at BG/Coy level.

Lead on Defence Writing, War Studies and Defence and International Affairs packages.

Planning, co-ordination and hosting of external visitors and speakers to the LEOC.

Report Writing.

Gd3 Staff experience

Desirable Skills

ICSC(L) qualified

Thorough understanding of personnel management (including career development, welfare system, military discipline, H&S legislation & Risk Assessment). 

Domestic Considerations: Classroom based role in RMAS.
