Job Description

Domestic Considerations: Reserve Service Days (RSDs): A minimum of 38 RSDs per year is required to deliver a positive output. 
Additional Service Days: Up to 88 Specified Task days are available, subject to operational, training and routine requirements. 
Training Commitment: 
•    Attendance at one training weekend per month is expected.
•    Participation in an annual two-week Annual Continuous Training (ACT) period is mandatory.
•    Attend courses, recruiting events and conferences/meetings at locations away from RAF Digby as required.
Responsibilities - 
1.    Plan, manage and assist delivery of the Unit recruiting effort. 
2.    Administer and provide assistance to the Unit CoC and the Unit’s recruiting team. 
3.    Provide the Unit CoC with specialist advice on recruiting, retention, employer support (with RFCA assistance), welfare and staff engagement. 
4.    Coordinate recruit mentoring activity with the recruit mentoring team.
