Job Description

Domestic Considerations: Reserve Service Days (RSDs): A minimum of 38 RSDs per year is required to deliver a positive output. 
Additional Service Days: Up to 88 Specified Task days are available, subject to operational, training and routine requirements. 
Training Commitment: 
•    Attendance at one training weekend per month is expected.
•    Participation in an annual two-week Annual Continuous Training (ACT) period is mandatory.
•    Attend courses, recruiting events and conferences/meetings at locations away from RAF Digby as required.
Responsibilities - 
1.    Work closely with the UOSO & UOSWO to follow new recruits through their careers ensuring their retention.
2.    Assist CoC with retention, mentoring and administration of recruits through initial trg. 
3.    Assist CoC on ‘Care of Trainee delivery, including the recruiting provision and the management of all those under Candidate Nurture and Phase 2 training, providing duty of care during OTT weekends.
