Job Description

Position Role:  Responsible for the career management of all Direct Entry Regular and Reserve R SIGNALS Captains and Subalterns.


Responsibilities:
1.    Advise, assign and manage the careers of all DE R SIGNALS Captains and Subalterns. 
2.    Advise employers on boarding activity, assignments, MS policy and process, and officer career development. 
3.    Delivery of boarding activity to include: Arm Selection Board, Capt Grading & Appointment, No5 Board Appointment & Promotion (Maj’s Promotion) Boards.
4.    Submit Army Employment Board casework for transfer, career intermission, flexible service, PVR, reinstatement and PAP activity.
5.    Contribute to the R SIGNALS 4-ball on x-DLOD issues making specific comment on personnel matters.
6.    Provide career manager comment on AGAI 67 and service discipline cases, applications for education and training opportunities and CEA. 
7.    Co-ordinate Section Engagement & Communications via unit visits and focused briefings.
