Job Description

Administrate and mentor phase 0 / phase 1 personnel as they prepare to attend Foundation and Battle Camp Training. 

Responsibilities include:  

Lead and manage a team.

Manage delegated tasks and associated risk.

Develop, advise and support recruit candidates.

Maintain health and safety in the workplace.

Manage subordinate discipline, support subordinate development and deliver career advice/management.

Deliver in barracks/business process, ensuring maintenance of standards and efficiency.

Plan, conduct and manage training for subordinates.

Essential Skills

Applicants must have a Cat B Licence and be Class 1 RLC (Unspecified), and DTTT Phase 1 qualified.

Must be IT Literate and have a sound understanding of Office 365. 

Desirable Skills

It would be desirable if applicants have AASAA, D&I Advisor, Adv PTI, and other ITR Inst Qual(s).
