Job Description
The management of Troop personnel, vehicles and equipment; responsibilities include:
Lead and manage a team.
Manage delegated tasks and associated risk.
Develop, advise and support subordinates and junior officers.
Maintain health and safety in the workplace.
Manage subordinate discipline, support subordinate development and deliver career advice/management.
Deliver in barracks/business process, ensuring maintenance of standards and efficiency.
Plan, conduct and manage training for subordinates.
Manage vehicles and equipment as per policy.
Essential Skills
Class 1 RLC Dvr, IT Literate
Desirable Skills
ADR Inst, DLI/DLE, GS Inst, TRiM Coord, ITR Inst Qual(s)
