Job Description

A vacancy, subject to formal establishment, exists for an OF3-OF4 to serve as a Change Lead within the DefHRS Team at MOD Main Building on FTRS(HC) Terms and Conditions of Service, with an initial start date of Apr 26 (or earlier if possible).

Unit function    

Defence HR Service Change Programme and delivery of Oracle Fusion Software as a Service. 

Position role    

DefHRS Change Lead  - Leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of change activities across one of four product workstreams

Responsibilities

The role includes, although is not limited to:

  • Work with the Change Leads to instil empowerment, role modelling, and collaboration, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and timelines.
  • Oversee change delivery approach, integrating agile principles with structured programme governance to manage iterative and waterfall components effectively.
