Job Description

Position Role: SO2 Egagement Diversity & Inclusion is the principal advisor within the Army in Scotland engt staff on how best to access, engage and attract youth audiences in the 11-18 age range.  The role leads the delivery of Youth CHALLENGE events (bespoke youth engt activity events), STEM engagement and the development of networks/relationships with the principal stakeholders who provide access to youth, including uniformed youth organisations and under-represented groups in Scotland. The role also develops links to draw on appropriate female, LGBT and ethnic minority military role models to promote the diversity and inclusivity of the Army in Scotland. 
Responsibilities:
1. HQ lead for Army Youth Challenge events, advising and supporting designated units, coordinating external support through appropriate staff branches, using innovation to engage and enthuse audiences, and coordinating the generation and delivery of audiences to the events.
