Job Description

COMMAND WARRANT OFFICER – ARMED FORCES RECRUITING

 

The Armed Forces Recruiting Service begins operation in 2027, assuming control from the current single service operations. The key appointment of Command Warrant Officer within the Command and Support Unit is the lead enlisted service person amongst the tri-service team, providing essential guidance and Leadership to the wider recruiting enterprise.

 

The successful candidate will have the responsibility to support and advise the Commanding Officer of the Recruiting Force, but additionally act as a vital asset to the 1* Tri-service Comd into HQ AFR. They will be the expert and advocate for the extensive recruiting workforce, being the voice, leader and champion for the people entrusted with meeting Defence’s requirements.
