Job Description The posts are part-time the salary will be pro-rata to the number of hours worked. The post holders will assist the Care Co-ordinator in the provision, development and effective delivery of care services for older adults. They will work as members of a committed staff team, providing a high standard of care and support to individuals and groups consistent with their needs and wishes. The post holders will be responsible for carrying out the day-to-day activities of the care home, delivering consistent high standards within the principles of person centred care. You will provide personal care and support to residents as directed by senior staff, taking direction from the Care Coordinators. This will include integrated partnership working with NHS and local authority colleagues, the private and voluntary sector to provide a holistic approach to supports for older adults.
