Senior Care Worker

As a Senior Care Worker, you will combine hands-on dementia care with clear leadership on shift, supporting residents with consistency and reassurance while guiding colleagues to maintain high standards of care. What your role will involve * Providing senior leadership within a dementia care setting * Supporting staff to respond confidently to changing needs and behaviours * Maintaining familiar routines and meaningful daily activities * Supporting safe medication management and care documentation * Monitoring wellbeing and responding to subtle changes * Ensuring clear communication and continuity of care About you You are calm, patient and confident in a senior dementia care role. You will hold an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and be committed to ongoing professional development. You will be registered with the SSSC, be a PVG Scheme member and have basic IT skills.
