Job Description

1.  Provide senior leadership and professional expertise in business change to support the implementation of the HQ Land SOF                                        2.  Construct.Develop, own, and maintain the Business Change Strategy, Change Impact Assessments, and associated artefacts. Coordinate with Programme/Project Managers to ensure change requirements are integrated into programme plans.                                                                                    3. Lead stakeholder mapping and engagement efforts across Army, MOD, and wider Defence partners. Ensure the change narrative is clearly articulated, consistent, and targeted for different audiences.           4.Support the development and refinement of the Land SOF organisational design, ensuring structures, roles, and processes are optimised. Lead change transition planning for the move from current to future operating models.
