Process Improvement Specialist Our US law firm client is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to drive operational excellence by analysing and redesigning legal and business workflows in their London office. In this role, you will act as a bridge between end-users and technical teams, blending hands-on project delivery with effective change management.
