Job Description

  1. Responsible to the CO as unit Operations Officer.
  2. Manager of Unit formation scheduling applications ensuring operations can be achieved.
  3. Direct the FPrep and FGen of all FEs from the Unit.
  4. Provide SME advice to the Comd Gp on commitment issues including readiness across all elements of the Unit.
  5. Provide oversight and prioritisation as required for all trawls.
  6. Interface with G7 so that the most appropriate training for the operational requirement is received and delivered.
  7. Facilitate and co-ordinate G3/G5 outputs for the Regt.
  8. Provide C2 & R2 between the Regt and Bde.  

Essential Skills

  1. JOLP 1&2 (Officer Education)
  2. JOTAC (R)

Desirable Skills

  1. Range Qualifications -  LFTT preferred or RMQ (static ranges)
  2. Full UK Cat B Driving Licence
