This is your chance to be the go-to person for solving tech challenges, supporting staff and students, and keeping our digital infrastructure running smoothly across college campuses. What You’ll Be Doing Be the first point of contact for ICT support - via phone, Email, MS Teams and in person. Install and maintain ICT, printing, and AV equipment. Log and manage support requests using our ITIL-based Service Desk. Troubleshoot issues, escalate when needed, and keep users informed. Assist with password resets, office moves, and equipment setups.
