You should have recent experience of working with young children in a structured context. If called upon on a supply basis, you would be involved in delivering a flexible, high quality care and education-centred service that meets the needs of young children and their families. To be appointed at Grade E: You should have a good general standard of education including literacy and numeracy and a minimum of 2 years work of volunteering experience involving children.
